I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Chadwell Heath Academy.

Settling into a new school environment can be quite an overwhelming experience, and all pupils of Year 7 have made a positive start.

As a parent/guardian you play a key role in the education of your child, which means that your encouragement will help your child to excel during their time with us. Therefore, we welcome your support with communicating our standards and expectations. Whilst settling in, and beyond, your child’s homework planner plays a key role, and I thank you in advance for your support in signing the planner weekly. Many of you have also signed up to view your child’s homework on Show My Homework, but if you have not or are experiencing any difficulties please contact the school office.

Throughout the year there will be a range of interform events, non-uniform days and other key dates. Please keep a keen eye on parent mail for additional information. Below you can find key dates for the academic year so far, which will help you to support your child with their learning.

I am looking forward to the Year Group maintaining the high standard in which they have already set for themselves. Creating a year group that demonstrates good character, aspiration and resilience.
