Director of Sixth Form - Assistant Headteacher

• Salary: Leadership Scale L12-L16 (£72,009 – £79,157 per annum)

• Chadwell Heath Academy is seeking an inspirational, highly effective, and committed Assistant Headteacher – Director of Sixth Form to lead and further develop our Key Stage 5 provision. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for the educational, personal, and pastoral development of Sixth Form students, ensuring excellent outcomes and a positive, aspirational Sixth Form experience for all. 
  The successful candidate will be a strong and visible leader with high expectations, capable of shaping a clear Sixth Form vision aligned with whole‑school priorities. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Sixth Form will lead teaching and learning at KS5, oversee student progress and retention, and manage Sixth Form staff to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.
